By accessing or using YOU GC ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
YOU GC is a marketplace that connects content creators with brands seeking user-generated content (UGC). Creators can browse and claim campaigns, produce content per brand specifications, and receive payment upon approval.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Creator accounts are subject to approval by YOU GC. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or suspend any account at our discretion. Creators must maintain public social media accounts linked to the Platform.
When you claim a campaign, you agree to produce content that meets the brand's specifications within the stated deadline. Failure to deliver content by the deadline may result in the claim being revoked and may affect your account standing.
Content created for campaigns is subject to the usage rights specified in each campaign brief. By submitting content, you grant the brand a license to use the content as described in the campaign terms. You retain ownership of your content unless otherwise specified.
Creator payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Payment amounts and timing are specified in each campaign. YOU GC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
You agree not to: submit fraudulent or plagiarized content; create multiple accounts; manipulate engagement metrics; harass other users; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent any Platform security measures.
YOU GC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
YOU GC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
